Portales Woman’s Club
The Portales Woman's Club, in conjunction with the national Prevent Child Abuse Awareness campaign and Roosevelt County, planted a pinwheel garden on the courthouse lawn.
Assisted by county commissioners Jake Lopez, Gene Creighton, and Rick Leal, the members of this long standing community service organization encourages the Portales community to join in this effort to end the ever-growing and devastating monster that is harming our children.
