• 9:48 a.m.: Larceny up to $500, 800 block of West Sixth Street.

• Martin W. Tristan, 36, reckless driving, uninsured motorist, driving on suspended or revoked license, improper use of evidence of registration.
• Christine Gallegos, 29, receiving stolen property (over $100), possession of drug paraphernalia.
• Rebecca Nicole Nieto, 27, driving on suspended or revoked license, failure to obey traffic laws.
• Marlena Wesley, 19, aggravated driving while under the influence of intoxicating liquor or any drug (.16 or above), driving a vehicle at night without lighted lamps, failure to maintain traffic law, no driver's license.
• Timmothy James Williams, 19, probation violation.
• Cassandra Chavez, 24, shoplifting ($250 or less), tampering with evidence (misdemeanor or petty misdemeanor).
