• 7:53 a.m.: Criminal damage, 2400 block Putman Drive.

• 8:26 a.m.: Motor vehicle theft-auto, 2100 block of West Grand Avenue.

• 8:44 a.m.: Criminal sexual contact of a minor, 2400 block of Putnam Drive.

• 9:13 a.m.: Reckless driving, 400 block of West Seventh Street.

• 9:48 a.m.: Larceny up to $500, 800 block of West Sixth Street.

• 10:09 a.m.: Burglary (residence), 700 block of Axtell Street.

• 1:48 p.m.: Driving on suspension/revocation, 21st and Thornton streets.

• 2:21 p.m.: Shoplifting up to $500, 3700 block of North Prince Street.

• 5:29 p.m.: Reckless driving, Grand Avenue and Industrial Park.

• 7:13 p.m.: Animal bite, 2100 block of North Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard.

• 7:22 p.m.: Tampering with motor vehicle, 1900 block of Wallace Street.

• 10:01 p.m.: Minor in possession of alcohol, Pile and 10th street.

• 11:34 p.m.: Failure to comply with conditions of release, Sixth and Davis streets.

The following were booked into the Curry County Adult Detention Center on Wednesday:

• Martin W. Tristan, 36, reckless driving, uninsured motorist, driving on suspended or revoked license, improper use of evidence of registration.

• Christine Gallegos, 29, receiving stolen property (over $100), possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Rebecca Nicole Nieto, 27, driving on suspended or revoked license, failure to obey traffic laws.

• Marlena Wesley, 19, aggravated driving while under the influence of intoxicating liquor or any drug (.16 or above), driving a vehicle at night without lighted lamps, failure to maintain traffic law, no driver's license.

• Timmothy James Williams, 19, probation violation.

• Cassandra Chavez, 24, shoplifting ($250 or less), tampering with evidence (misdemeanor or petty misdemeanor).
