• 5:26 a.m.: Death, unattended, location unknown.

• 7:42 a.m.: Abandoned vehicle, 3100 block of Las Palomas.

• 7:49 a.m.:’ Runaway, 500 block of Hall Street.

• 9:18 a.m.: Fraud ($500-2500 felony), 1200 block of North Norris Street.

• 9:21 a.m.: Fail to yield left turn, Seventh and Rencher streets.

• 9:21 a.m.: Failure to comply with conditions of release, 800 block of Mitchell Street.

• 9:54 a.m.: Missing person, 2400 block of North Main Street.

• 9:58 a.m.: Assault, 200 block of North Pile Street.

• 10:09 a.m.: Larceny up to $500, 2700 block of Mabry Drive.

• 12:32 p.m.: Leaving scene of crash with injury, 3700 block of Sam Snead Place.

• 1:02 p.m.: Battery on a household member, 700 block of Mitchell Street.

• 1:50 p.m.: Burglary (commercial). 3400 East Mabry Drive.

• 3:13 p.m.: Burglary (residence), 1500 block of Wallace Street.

• 3:58 p.m.: Theft of identity, 900 East 10th Street.

• 7:58 p.m.: Battery on a household member, 700 block of Bonney Lane.

• 9:58 p.m.: Robbery with knife or cutting instrument, location unknown.

The following were booked into the Curry County Adult Detention Center on Monday:

• Christopher Cox, 53, battery against a household member.

• Marlon White, 26, parole violation.

• Johnathan A. Claudio, 28, failure to appear on a felony charge, aggravated fleeing a law enforcement officer, criminal trespass (damage), driving while license suspended or revoked, aggravated assault upon a peace officer (deadly weapon), no proof of insurance, warrant failure to appear, tampering with evidence (third or fourth degree felony), receiving/tranferring stolen motor vehicles (1st offense), attempt to commit a felony, to wit: False evidence to title and registration (hold or use).

The following were released on bond from the Curry County Adult Detention Center on Monday:
