In the second full month of service for Boutique Air, passenger numbers have again risen from the prior month.
According to a report sent by Interim Airport Director Cody Mills, Boutique completed all 156 flights it scheduled for September, with a total of 658 passengers.
That is up from the August totals, where 154 of 156 scheduled flights were completed with 551 passengers.
The numbers mean an average of 4.22 passengers per flight and 21.93 passengers per day, which are 14 and 19 percent higher than last month’s averages of 3.7 passengers per flight and 18.37 passengers per day, respectively.
Boutique began flights to and from Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport on July 16, using an eight-seat Pilatus P-12.
