Clovis woman found guilty of drug trafficking

A Curry County jury found a 51-year-old Clovis woman guilty Monday of drug trafficking, according to a news release from the district attorney’s office.
According to the release:
Gloria Madrid sold methamphetamine to an undercover officer in March 2013 during an ongoing drug sting operation by the Region V Drug Task Force.
She was arrested July 31.
The jury deliberated approximately 30 minutes.
Sentencing will be held later.
Madrid faces up to 10 years in prison.
