In anticipation of Clovis’ Juneteenth Extravaganza celebration Saturday at Potter Park, the Clovis City Commission is set to proclaim June 21, 2014, as “Juneteenth,” during a regular meeting at 5:15 p.m. Thursday at the Clovis-Carver Library.
