Today

• 8 a.m. — Miss Rodeo New Mexico Horsemanship Competition at Curry County Events Center.

• 11:30 a.m. — Rodeo barbeque kick-off at Bender Dodge (open to the public). Pioneer Days Royalty, Miss Rodeo New Mexico, Miss Rodeo America, Miss Rodeo Arizona and others.

• 5:15 p.m. — Mayor's proclamation - city commission meeting north annex of the library followed by meet and greet of rodeo royalty at Clovis-Curry Chamber of Commerce.

• 7 p.m. — Miss Rodeo New Mexico Gala silent/live auction and dinner. Doors open at 5 p.m. at Central Baptist Church, 2501 North Norris St.

Friday

• 7 a.m. — 13th annual Pioneer Women Breakfast at the Clovis Civic Center, 801 Schepps Blvd.

All local Pioneer Women are welcome to attend. Vintage fashions from the last century are encouraged.

• 8 a.m. — Steer roping slack at Curry County Events Center.

• 9:30 a.m. — Rodeo queens and bullfighter/clowns annual tour of area nursing homes, Wheatfields Senior Living Center and Plains Regional Medical Center.

• 1 p.m. — Miss Rodeo New Mexico Fashion Show, speech, coronation at the Clovis Community College Town Hall with $10 admission. Open to the public.

• 6:30 p.m. — Miss Rodeo New Mexico Pageant announcement of royalty 2014 at Curry County Events Center.

• 7:30 p.m. — 44th annual PRCA Rodeo at the Curry County Events Center.

Saturday

• 6 a.m. — Registration with 7 a.m. start Food Bank 5K Run on Main between Seventh and Grand. The Food Bank of Eastern New Mexico's 31st birthday celebration. Donations of canned good encouraged.

• 10 a.m. — 44th Annual Pioneer Parade on Main Street. Parade Theme: Welcome Back to the Homestead.

• 12:30 p.m. — Annual Duke of Dutch Ovens Chuck Wagon Cook-Off at Curry County Fairgrounds. Advance tickets $20.

• 7:30 p.m. — 44th Annual PRCA Rodeo and local team roping bonus round at Curry County Events Center. Wear Pink to support women's breast cancer awareness. Following Rodeo: Pioneer Days Rodeo Timed Events Slack.

Sunday

• 11:30 a.m. — Cowboy Church at Curry County Events Center.

• 2 p.m. — 44th Annual PRCA Rodeo Matinee.
