Wedding Announcement Submission Form

Deadline for submission for the Sunday Lifestyles section is 1 p.m. the Wednesday before publication. A submission constitutes this form, one photo and in person verification of identity of the bride and groom. The name and phone number of a contact person must be included on this form.
