State and Federal
Constructors Inc. will be working in Portales east on Second Street and traffic east of Avenue C will be restricted to one lane. Also, westbound First Street, starting at North Boston Avenue, will be restricted to one lane. First and Second streets east of Avenue C will be one late to Avenue K. Expect other closures on lateral side streets.
