Locals honor fallen

Alisa Boswell: Portales News-TribunePortales High School students sang the national anthem on Tuesday morning at the World Trade Center memorial at JP Stone Community Bank in Portales. Bank owner David Stone and county Sheriff Darren Hooker said during the ceremony that it is important for Americans to never forget the tragedy.
