Circle K Club holding dinner

The Circle K Club of Eastern New Mexico University is holding a spaghetti dinner 6 p.m.-8 p.m. Friday at the Memorial Building.

Club members will be serving spaghetti with meat sauce and bread, along with a vegetarian sauce option, as well as desserts, tea and water.

Tickets are $5 each. Out of every ticket, $3 helps defray costs for a March district convention in Albuquerque and the rest goes toward Eliminate, a Kiwanis/UNICEF project with aims to eradicate tetanus in infants and mothers in more than 30 third-world countries.

Tickets are available at the door or in advance at the Campus Union Building of ENMU.

Fundraiser dinner, auction set

ENMU Women will host its annual scholarship fundraiser dinner and silent auction, "Lovers for Learning," from 6:30 p.m.-8:30 p.m. Saturday at The Vines Italian Restaurant. Proceeds from the dinner, silent auction and dessert auction will support scholarships for ENMU students.

Tickets are $25. A full Italian dinner will be served, including a choice from two entrees (eggplant parmesan or meat lasagna), salad, bread sticks, iced tea and coffee. A cash bar will be available for those who wish to purchase wine or beer.
