• Last time out: The Greyhounds dropped a 70-68 decision to Angelo State at home on Wednesday, while Abilene Christian competed well at 13th-ranked Incarnate Word before losing 56-52.

• Last meeting: The Hounds won both matchups last season, beating ACU 78-65 at Greyhound Arena and 74-71 at Abilene.

• Of note: The Wildcats were 6-0 at home prior to the start of South play, but have since lost to Tarleton State and Texas A&M-Kingsville. … ENMU brings a 4-3 road record into today’s game. … ACU’s lone double-figure scorer is 6-5 junior G Zach Williams (10.8), who’s had eight starts in 14 games. Williams scored 50 points in the first two games of the season, an 80-79 win over Texas-Permian Basin (21) and a 90-86 loss to Dallas Baptist (29). Three others average between nine and 10 points. … Eleven players have started at least one game for the Wildcats. … Aaron Edwards, a 6-7 junior F and one of ENMU’s top subs, will miss his third consecutive game today due to a dislocated shoulder sustained Jan. 19 in the first minute of play at Midwestern State. Coach Andrew Helton said Friday that Edwards, the team’s fourth-leading scorer (9.6 ppg) and second-leading rebounder (5.3 rpg), will be re-evaluated Sunday and could play Wednesday at home against Incarnate Word.
