Free hot chocolate
That’s right...a free cup of hot chocolate is included in the free light show each night at the Clovis Taco Box, 21st and Main.
The show continues every evening through New year’s Eve from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. on the hour and half-hour.
Dazzling holiday lights flickering to the beat of songs by the Trans-Siberian Orchestra and others, which you can listen to by tuning radios to 88.5.

Holiday cooking tip
A low-calorie solution for high-fat frying of corn tortillas is to place them in the oven, directly on the rack. Bake at 350 F, to desired crispness. The tortillas will automatically fold over into taco shell form with just a little positioning help.
Today in history
On this day in 2001, the Enron Corporation files for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection in a New York court, sparking one of the largest corporate scandals in U.S. history.
An energy-trading company based in Houston, Texas, Enron was formed in 1985 as the merger of two gas companies.
