Good morning and welcome to the Freedom New Mexico Monday briefing.

Music, music, music

The Eastern New Mexico University Steel Band is set to perform its Fall Concert at 7 p.m. today in the Music Building.

The performance, directed by Neil Rutland, features selections from David Rudder,

Chuck Mangione, Ken “Professor” Filmore, Andy Narell and other soca/calypso, pops and jazz composers, according to a news release from ENMU.

The event is free and open to the public.
