The Portales Municipal Schools Board of Education held a closed session to discuss pending litigation during a special meeting Monday afternoon at the district Administration Building.
Superintendent Randy Fowler said the board took no action and he couldn’t discuss the conversation. The meeting’s purpose was to provide board members with information, he said.
