Part of 21st Street, Prince Street intersection closing temporarily

The city of Clovis is asking drivers to avoid traveling eastbound on 21st Street from Prince Street between 4 a.m. and 8 p.m. Wednesday because of construction.
The turning lane for southbound traffic from Prince Street to 21st Street will be closed.
This is due to extensive street repairs that will be occurring on the east side of the 21st and Prince streets intersection, according to city engineer Justin Howalt.
Howalt said the city hopes to complete this portion of the project in one day.
