Savanna Winn of Seminole, Texas, broke her wrist in a crash before barrel racing Saturday at the High Plains Junior Rodeo Finals held at the Curry County Events Center.

HPJR Association President Mike Macy of Post, Texas, said Winn’s horse slipped, fell down on her and broke her wrist.

Macy said she was airlifted to a Lubbock hospital, where Winn was in stable condition.
