City commission meeting to vote on budget

Clovis city commission is meeting in special session 5:15 p.m. Thursday at the Clovis-Carver Library.

The meeting is to vote on the city’s 2010-2011 budget.

Also planned for discussion will be a cooperative agreement with the state transportation department for improvements to 21st Street.
