Clovis student earns President's Gold Scholarship

Tara DeWitt of Clovis was awarded the President’s Gold Scholarship by Baylor University, according to a news release.

The award provides $40,000 to $58,000 for eight semesters.

DeWitt is one of more than 2,700 recent high school graduates to receive scholarships. The scholarships are awarded on a combination of class rank and SAT or ACT scores.
