Political group pushing middle school petition
A local political group is pushing the latest school debate up a grade or two.
The High Plains Patriots are circulating a petition asking the Clovis Municipal Schools board of education to rethink the site chosen for the new middle school.
The site chosen is more than a mile northeast of city limits.
The petition will be presented to the board at it’s next meeting, July 27.
