Clovis Municipal Schools announced Friday the selection of new principals for Barry and James Bickley schools.

Teacher Tandee Delk will take over the position of principal of Barry Elementary School. Delk has experience teaching kindergarten through 12th grades in Melrose, where she assisted in administrative duties.

Principal Carrie Bunce has been reassigned.

Instruction Coach and Assistant Principal of La Casita Elementary School Carlos Carrillo will take over as principal of James Bickley Elementary School after Principal Todd Morris resigns. Carrillo has also been principal of two school in Las Cruces and Roswell.

Both appoints are effective next school year.
