Workshop on tap — "Follow Your Dreams While You Follow the Military" is a free workshop offered 9 a.m. to noon Wednesday at The Landing Zone.

Holly Sherer and Kathie Hightower will share the tools and techniques that turned their lives from “just okay” to living their dreams. Both have experienced multiple deployments as “single moms,” frequent moves and career changes. They have co-authored numerous articles and the book, “Help! I'm a Military Spouse — I Get a Life Too!”

The first 50 attendees will receive a signed copy of the book.
