EPCOG holds meeting on personnel issues

The Eastern Plains Council of Governments spent nearly two hours in an executive session Wednesday to discuss personnel matters.

Richard Arguello, interim EPCOG director and chairman of the executive committee, did not return a call seeking comment Wednesday following the meeting.

Committee member Gary Watkins declined to comment on specifics regarding the personnel issue discussed.

An agenda for the special meeting did not disclose further details and upon emerging from executive session, no action was taken.
