No one was injured in a fire Friday that destroyed a home in the 500 block of South Roosevelt Road V, according to Portales Fire Department Battalion Chief Lance Hill.
Hill said the call came in about 8 a.m. He said the house was a total loss and investigators are still trying to determine the cause.
