Last outing: ENMU has been off since last Saturday when it lost at home to 11th-ranked Midwestern State 66-59. The Rams, meantime, are coming off an 84-78 victory over West Texas A&M on Wednesday night at San Angelo, Texas.
Notes: The Rams have played well at home (7-1), but have struggled a bit on the road (2-6). Their road wins were over East Central (128-104) and Southeastern Oklahoma (71-70). … ASU has the LSC’s top scorer in 6-3 junior G LaMarshall Corbett (24.1 ppg). He also leads the league in 3-point percentage (50 percent on 59-of-118) and FT percentage (92 percent, 143-of-156). Corbett, who shoots 48 percent overall from the floor, leads the team in assists with 55. … Corbett scored 33 points in Wednesday’s win over WT. … Others in double figures for the Rams are 6-4 senior G Stavon Williams (13.6 ppg) and 6-6 senior F Johnny Barnes (10.9). Barnes leads the team in rebounding (8.5, ranking him third in the LSC). … Angelo won last year’s matchups over the Greyhounds, 73-63 at Portales and 75-66 at San Angelo.

Last outing: The Zias broke a 15-game South losing streak last Saturday, beating Midwestern State 70-56 at Greyhound Arena. The Rambelles lost at home on Wednesday to No. 9 West Texas A&M 63-55.
Notes: The Rambelles have been up-and-down much of the season. They had a four-game losing streak followed by a three-game winning streak early, but other than that haven’t won or lost more than two in a row. … Scoring leaders are 5-7 senior G Camille Perkins (14.5 ppg) and 6-1 sophomore C Paige Weishuhn (13.0). While she may be listed as a center, Weishuhn is shooting 50 percent from the floor (the Rambelles are just under 38 percent as a team) and 51 percent (26-of-51) from 3-point range (the team is at 29 percent overall). … Perkins leads the team in assists with 48. … Last year, ASU beat the Zias 58-51 at Portales and 51-47 at San Angelo.
