Parks and Recreation director leaving Clovis

Parks and Recreation Director Rob Carter is leaving Clovis to accept a position with Guest Services Inc. of Fairfax, Va.

His last day is Feb. 5, according to a press release from the city.

A spokesperson said Carter’s position will be advertised immediately and remain open until filled.

Public Works Director Clint Bunch will oversee the Parks and Recreation Department until a new director is found.
