Notes: The Cowgirls, who upended the Zias 89-85 in the season opener at Greyhound Arena in mid-November, are having a major turnaround year. They’ve won as many games this year as they had in the previous three seasons (5-69), and already have more road wins (2-2) than they had in that time (1-32). … ENMU swept Highlands each of the past three seasons. … Cowgirls leaders are 5-7 senior G Jessica Armijo (18.0 ppg), 5-10 senior G Oliana Seanoa (11.4 ppg) and 6-0 senior P Ashley Logan (10.6 ppg, 6.0 rpg). … NMHU completed a season sweep of Oklahoma Panhandle State on Monday with a 67-55 win at Las Vegas behind 21 points and nine rebounds from Armijo.
