Franchise agreement up to county commission vote

During their meeting 9 a.m. Tuesday, the Roosevelt County Commission is expected to vote on a notice of intent to adopt a franchise agreement with Southwestern Public Service Company.

The agenda also includes a budget adjustment to allocate traffic grant money and a year-to-date report from Ricky Lovato, Road Department chief.
