The annual Chamber of Commerce banquet, to take place at 7 o’clock this evening in the ballroom of the Campus Union Building at ENMU, will feature Dr. Grover E. Murray, president of Texas Tech at Lubbock, as the principal speaker, according to the Portales News-Tribune.
