Baskett makes Eagles' 53-man roster

It looks like Clovis’ Hank Baskett will play for the Philadelphia Eagles for a fourth straight season.

Baskett, a 2001 Clovis High graduate, was listed on the Eagles’ 53-man roster announced Saturday on the team’s Web site. NFL rules required teams to submit a 53-man roster by 6 p.m. (EDT) Saturday.

Baskett was one of seven wide receivers the team kept on the its active roster to start the regular season.

He caught 33 passes for 440 yards and three touchdowns last season, and is also a top special teams player.

Baskett resigned with the Eagles as a restricted free agent in April.
