Location: The collection is located on the personal property of owner Bill Dalley. The address is 1506 S. Kilgore Ave. in Portales. The collection is 17.5 miles or roughly a 25-minute drive from Cannon Air Force Base.

One special thing people can do or see here: You can view the first windmill that started Dalley’s collection in 1981. It is a Standard brand windmill retrieved from the Keith Greathouse farm in the Inez community of Fort Worth, Texas.
