Eastern New Mexico University student Tommy Wayne "T-Wayne" Wilis, 22, of Tulsa, Texas, pleaded guilty to second-degree murder in the death of Catherine Elizabeth Kelton, according to Portales news archives. The guilty plea stunned several of Willis' faternity brothers who were in court for the hearing.
