The Roosevelt County Sheriff’s Office is searching for a man wanted on felony drug charges.
Antonio Tarango III is charged with trafficking controlled substances, possession of marijuana with intent to distribute and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Deputy Nathan Kinnison said while serving Tarango with an outstanding Curry County warrant Aug. 8, they discovered drugs in his home in the 1300 block of West Juniper Street.
Tarango was booked into the Roosevelt County Detention Center on the outstanding warrant, but posted the $475 bond and left. After the drug charges were filed Aug. 12, police couldn’t locate him, Kinnison said.
