Air Commandos of Cannon, it should be no surprise that our wing Unit Compliance Inspection begins at 8 a.m. on June 15, and lasts until June 26. During this inspection, I am confident that you will demonstrate the same commitment to excellence as you have since standing up the 27th Special Operations Wing nearly two years ago.

The Air Force Special Operations Command inspection teams will assess our performance over several mission areas. As they pass through your work areas and meet with you, I encourage you to maintain the same high standards I see you carrying out every day. Continue to be professional in both your appearance and mannerisms, as every airman will have an impact on the UCI results. This is your opportunity to not only highlight your hard work, but to also demonstrate why Cannon Air Commandos are AFSOC's best.

Success during these inspections is rooted in dedicated preparation and conscious attention to detail. I am convinced, based on the months of preparation you've already put forth, that we will be successful. Keep focused and be positive; we will soon have the opportunity to see the fruits of our effort.
