Feb. 16

• Zahra Bint-Bilal, 25, was found guilty of littering. Bint-Bilal was ordered to pay court cost, fines and fees.

• Tennille Chee, 32, was found guilty of aggravated driving while under the influence of intoxicating liquor or drugs (1st); open container and speeding 45/35. Chee was given 88-days suspended sentence leaving 40 hours to be served in Roosevelt County Detention Center, with 37 hours of pre-sentence confinement credit making time in RCDC 11 hours, one year supervised probation with a DWI compliance officer, attend ASPEN program, complete DWI school, complete 48 hours of community service and pay court cost, fines and fees.

• Ceci Olison,19, was found guilty of minor in licensed establishment. She was ordered to pay court cost, fines and fees.

• Mark Chatterton, 20, was found guilty of minor in possession of alcohol. He was ordered to do 30 hours community service, pay court cost, fines and fees.

• Henrietta Acosta, 53, was found guilty of driving on roadways laned for traffic; possession of marijuana less than one ounce; possession of drug paraphernalia. She was ordered to pay court cost, fines and fees.

Feb. 17

• Michael Harmon, 24, was found guilty of driving under the influence of intoxicating liquor (1st). He was given 90-days suspended sentence to one year of supervised probation, attend ASPEN program, complete DWI school, complete 24 hours of community service and pay court cost, fines and fees.

• Michael Valdez, 22, was found guilty of driving on a revocation. He was given 357-days suspended sentence with seven days remaining to be served at the RCDC, with seven days credited confinement while awaiting the outcome of proceedings. He was ordered to 357-days supervised probation, attend ASPEN program, pay court cost, fines and fees.

• Kelvin Franklin, 21, was found guilty of possession of marijuana less than one ounce. He was ordered to pay court cost, fines and fees.

Feb. 18

• Joseph Pierce, 37, was found guilty of criminal damages less than a $1000. He was given 364-days suspended sentence. He was ordered to 364-days probation, attend ASPEN program, make restitution, pay court cost, fines and fees.

• Richard Ryan Hunton, 35, was found guilty of aggravated driving while under the influence of intoxicating liquor or drugs (1st). He was given 90-days jail term at RCDC, complete DWI school, complete 48 hours of community service, pay court cost, fines and fees.

Feb. 19

• David Wayne Garcia, 33, was found guilty of driving while license was suspended/revoked. He was given 357-days suspended sentence leaving seven days to served at RCDC, 357-days supervised probation with the adult probation officer, probation will run concurrent, attend ASPEN program, pay court cost, fines and fees.

• Jimmy Aranda, 51, was found guilty of battery and assault. He was given 182-days suspended sentence. He is ordered to 182-days supervised probation, attend ASPEN program, successfully complete counseling aimed at addressing anger management, pay court cost, fines and fees.

• Ricky Ashcraft, 52, was found guilty of possession of drug paraphernalia. He was given 182-days unsupervised probation, donation to crimestoppers, pay court cost, fines and fees.

• Doyle Bird IV, 28, was found guilty of driving under the influence of intoxicating liquor or drugs (1st). He was given 86-days suspended sentence, with four day jail term to be served at RCDC. Bird has 57 hours of pre-senctence confinement credit, 39 hours remaining sentence, one year supervised probation with DWI compliance officer, attend ASPEN program, complete 24 hours of community service, pay court cost, fines and fees.

• Baudelio Gonzalez, 38, was found guilty of aggravated driving while under the influence of intoxicating liquor or drugs (1st); open container. Gonzalez was given 90-days suspended sentence leaving 48 hours to be served at RCDC, with 41 hours of pre-sentence confinement credit, one year supervised probation with DWI compliance officer, attend ASPEN program, complete DWI school, 24 hours of community service, pay court cost, fines and fees.

• Brad Lucero, 34, was found guilty of battery against a household member. He was given 304-days suspended sentence leaving 60-days to serve at RCDC, one year supervised probation with misdemeanor probation officer, attend ASPEN program, successfully complete batterer’s intervention program, pay court cost, fines and fees.

• Perfecto Enriquez, 40, was found guilty of driving under the influence of intoxicating liquor or drugs (3rd). He was given 334-days suspended sentence, with 30-days to be served at RCDC, three years supervised probation with adult probation office, attend ASPEN program, successfully complete 28-day in-patient, residential or in-custody treatment program, 96 hours of community service, pay court cost, fines and fees.

• Octavio C. Lopez, 50, was found guilty of dogs running at large, two counts. He was ordered to pay court cost, fines and fees.

• Maurico Ruiz-Almazan, 48, was found guilty of dogs running at large. He was ordered to pay court cost, fines and fees.

• Erika Zamorano, 23, was found guilty of possession of marijuana less than one ounce and possession of drug paraphernalia. She was given 364-days suspended sentence, 364-days supervised probation with magistrate probation officer Larry Boreing, attend ASPEN program, pay court cost, fines and fees.

Feb. 23

• Alisia Delossantos, 57, was found guilty of potentially dangerous dog. She was given 30-days unsupervised probation, pay court cost, fines and fees.

Feb. 27

• Amber Tomas, 18, was found guilty of minor of possession of alcohol. She was given one year supervised probation with DWI compliance officer Riki Seat, attend ASPEN program, 30 hours of community service, pay court cost, fines and fees.
