Samplings of recent calls received by Clovis-area law enforcement officers, according to reports:
About 9 p.m. Jan. 22 an officer responded to a residence in the 100 block of Main Street for a breaking and entering report.
The resident said he heard voices on the roof and sounds that indicated they were trying to get into the building.
Officers began searching around the building and an officer found two males on the roof.
Several other suspects were found hiding near the building.
Police transported all the suspects to the police department to be interviewed.

Around 4 p.m. Jan. 23 an officer responded to a residence in the 500 block of Dawn Loop for a robbery report.
A woman said she was visiting a friend and as she approached the house, a vehicle with a male driver and a female passenger pulled up.
She said the woman was holding a knife and told her they knew she had money and she needed to give them some money.
The woman said she called out to her friend, who was walking towards the house, and the suspects turned and drove away.
The woman’s friend said she saw the vehicle and a woman holding a knife talking to her friend.
The officer took descriptions about the suspects.

About 1 p.m. Jan. 26 an an officer responded to a school in the 1900 block of Thornton Street for a report of rape.
A student told the officer she went into the bathroom and a male student she knew came into the bathroom behind her, pushed her into a stall and raped her.
She said she pushed him off of her and ran to her next class.
A detective was called to investigate.

Around 7 p.m. Jan. 26 an officer responded to a residence in the 1400 block of Kingston Avenue for a robbery report.
A woman said she saw a car begin to follow her.
When she pulled into her driveway and got out of her car she said she heard running footsteps behind her and turned to see a male pointing something she assumed was a gun at her.
She said the male told her “give me everything you got” and grabbed hold of her purse.
She said he asked her “Where’s the phone” and hit her with the object in his hand and knocked her to the ground.
She said the male then ran to a waiting car and sped off.
Officers were unable to locate the suspect in the immediate area.
