Are you ready for some fireworks?

A recent Project: Reader Reaction question asked whether local governments should outlaw the sale, use and/or purchase of fireworks in our hot, dry conditions.

• “Yes fireworks should be banned except for the professional show like the one at Green Acres Park. It is frightening around my neighborhood every Fourth because it is dry here and the neighbors don’t care where their rockets land or where their other fireworks go.”
