Bingaman to hold Ute pipeline hearing

WASHINGTON – U.S. Senator Jeff Bingaman on Thursday will hold an Energy and Natural Resources Water and Power Subcommittee hearing on legislation he wrote to help meet eastern New Mexico’s future water needs.
