Serving Clovis, Portales and the Surrounding Communities
The following dispositions were filed in Roosevelt County’s Ninth Judicial Court recently. According to the documents:
• Jason Chatterton, 32, was convicted of the charge of automobile burglary, a fourth-degree felony and was ordered to serve 18 months of supervised probation with conditions and ordered to pay all court fines and fees.
• Randy McBrewer, 21, pleaded guilty to the charge of fraudulent use of an illegally obtained credit card (over $500), a fourth-degree felony and was ordered to serve 18 months of supervised probation with conditions and ordered to pay all court fines and fees.
• Mary Tovar, 27, pleaded guilty to the charge of furnishing alcohol to minors, a fourth-degree felony, and was ordered to serve one year of probation with conditions and ordered to pay all court fines and fees.
• David Dick, 56, pleaded guilty to the charge of shooting at a dwelling, a fourth-degree felony, and was ordered to serve 18 months of supervised probation with conditions and ordered to pay all court fines and fees.
• Pedro Cavazos, 36, pleaded guilty to the charges of possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine (a fourth-degree felony) and receiving stolen property (over $500), a fourth-degree felony, and was ordered to serve three years of supervised probation with conditions and to pay all court fines and fees.
