10/23 Court Dispositions

The following criminal dispositions were filled in the Ninth Judicial District Court between Oct. 5 and Oct. 12, 2005:

• David Jones, 41, pleaded guilty to aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and possession of a firearm or destructive device by a felon. He was ordered to serve three years supervised probation and pay a $100 DNA identification fee.

• Christopher Oborny, 41, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence of liquor or drugs (5th offense) and possession of controlled substance. He was ordered to serve one year, less 6 days, in prison followed by 12 months supervised probation, pay all fines and fees and pay a $100 DNA identification fee.

• Sherri Lopez, 51, pleaded guilty to criminal trespass, knowingly entering. She was ordered to serve one year, less two days, of supervised probation.
