The following dispositions were recently filed in district court:
Robie Bruffett, 42, pleaded guilty to three counts of forgery and is ordered to serve a nine-year suspended sentence, serve five years of probation, and pay $180 in fines.
Mark A. Hernandez, 22, pleaded guilty to a probation violation and was ordered to serve 18 months in jail.
Tyson A. West, 21, pleaded guilty to aggravated DWI and is ordered to serve a 364-day jail sentence (357 days suspended), serve probation, perform 48 hours of community service, install an interlock device on any vehicle driven by him during probation and pay $645 in fines.
Shawna Demasters, 19, pleaded guilty to possession of methamphetamine and use or possession of drug paraphenalia and is ordered to serve two years, less one day in jail, with a six-month suspended sentence, serve probation and pay $180 in fines.
Bernardino L. Ornelas Jr., 36, pleaded guilty to aggravated DWI, driving while license suspended or revoked and resisting, evading or obstrucing an officer and is ordered to serve three years in jail with one year suspended in favor of probation and place an ignition interlock on any car he has access to during probation.
Marcos Ramos, 23, pleaded guilty to a probation violation and is ordered to serve two years in jail, followed by two years probation.
The following dispositions were recently filed in magistrate court:
Rusty Cater, 26, was found guilty of DWI and was ordered to serve a 90-day suspended sentence, pay $515 in fines, serve 364 days of probation, attend DWI school and the ASPEN program.
Jose Martinez, 22, was found guilty of driving on suspension and was given a 182-day deferred sentence and ordered to pay $75 in fines.
Perry Green, 24, was found guilty of aggravated DWI and is ordered to serve a 364-day jail sentence (334 days suspended), install an ignition interlock on any vehicle he may have access to, attend the ASPEN program, serve 364 days of probation and pay $715 in fines.
Gary Harvey, 53, was found guilty of driving while license suspended or revoked and is ordered to serve a 364-day jail sentence (357 days suspended), pay $375 in fines, serve 357 days of probation and attend the ASPEN program.
Alfredo Ramirez, 26, was found guilty of driving while under the influence and is ordered to serve a 364-day jail sentence (350 days suspended), install an interlock device on any vehicle he may drive, attend the ASPEN program, serve 350 days of probation and pay $715 in fines.
Louis Duran, 31, pleaded guilty to possession of drug paraphenalia and possession of marijuana (less than one ounce) and is ordered to serve a 364-day jail sentence (182 days suspended), enter the ASPEN program, serve 18 months of probation and pay $464 in fines.
Ivan Carillo, 23, pleaded guilty to resisting, evading or obstructing an officer, possession of marijuana (less than one ounce) and criminal damage and is ordered to serve a 561-day jail sentence (182 days suspended), enter the ASPEN program, serve 364 days of probation and pay $336 in fines ($1,500 suspended).
The following certificates of marriage were recently filed in the Roosevelt County Courthouse:
