Lelda Roberts, 83, of Oklahoma City, died Friday, May 27, 2005, at her home.
She was born on Aug. 15, 1921, in Boswell, Okla., to Hugh and Ruth Baxter Pickens. She married W.P. “Bill” Roberts on Nov. 17, 1946.
After attending Southeastern Oklahoma College, she began working for Southwestern Bell Telephone Co. She retired in 1983. She was a member of board of directors of the Telephone Pioneers Club and a deacon at Covenant Presbyterian Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and a brother, Dale Pickens.
Survivors include her husband; a daughter, Betsy Wood (and husband, Gary) of Oklahoma City; a brother, Gene Ray Pickens of Ponca City, Okla.; and a sister, Shirley Wahlman of Portales.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the building fund at Covenant Presbyterian or Infant Crisis Services.
Arrangements were by Hahn-Cook/Street and Draper Funeral Directors of Oklahoma City.
Larry Stull, 45
Services: Burial will be held at a later date at Tucumcari Memorial Park Cemetery.
Larry D. Stull, 45, of Gulfport, Miss., died Saturday, May 28, 2005.
He was born on Sept. 27, 1959, in Tucumcari, to Doug and Carolyn Stull.
He graduated from the Tucumcari school system in 1977. He was the computer systems administrator for the Gulfport, Miss., library.
He was preceded in death by a sister, Karen Lynn Stull.
Survivors include his children, Larisa and Christopher Stull, both of Gulfport, Miss.; his parents; a brother, Steven Stull (and wife, Patty) of Portales; and a nephew, Michael Stull of Portales.
Cremation has taken place.
Burial will be held at a later date at Tucumcari Memorial Park Cemetery.
Arrangements were by Dunn Funeral Home of Tucumcari.
