The following criminal dispositions were recently filed in the magistrate court:
l John Hudson, 20, pleaded no contest to public affray and is ordered to serve 90 days unsupervised probation.
l Donald Cooper, 24, pleaded guilty to aggravated driving while under the influence of intoxicating liquor or drugs, careless driving and is ordered to serve 2 days jail time, 364 days supervised probation, allow an ignition interlock device to be installed on any car he may drive for 1 year, attend DWI school and attend the Aspen program.
l Raymond Tarango, 45, pleaded no contest to possession of Marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and is ordered to serve 364 days supervised probation, and attend the Aspen program.
l Scott Garcia, 18, pleaded no contest to possession of drug paraphernalia and is ordered to serve 90 days supervised probation and attend the Aspen program.
l Ernest Paiz, 45, pleaded no contest to driving on a suspended license and is ordered to serve 30 days jail time, 334 days supervised probation, pay all fines and attend the Aspen program.
l Bertaldo Diaz, 19, pleaded no contest to aggravated battery and is ordered to serve 364 days supervised probation, attend anger management counseling and attend the Aspen program.
The following criminal dispositions were recently filed in the Roosevelt County Courthouse:
l Crystal Derrick, 21, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance (Methamphetamine, 2 counts) and is ordered to serve 18 months supervised probation.
l Elijah Lucero, 19, pleaded guilty to contributing to the delinquency of a minor, possession of drug paraphernalia and is ordered to serve 18 months supervised probation.
l Ruben Lozano, 34, was found guilty by a jury of trafficking controlled substances (Cocaine distribution) and is ordered to serve 4 years imprisonment by the Department of Corrections and 5 years supervised probation upon release.
l Francisco Munoz, 20, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance (Cocaine) and is ordered to serve 18 months supervised probation.
l Robert Neely, 20, pleaded guilty to abuse of a child resulting in great bodily harm and is ordered to serve 18 years imprisonment by the Department of Corrections and 2 years supervised parole upon release.
l Peter Sena, 31, pleaded guilty to criminal sexual penetration and is ordered to serve 3 years imprisonment by the Department of Corrections and 1 year supervised parole upon release. Sena will also be required to register as a sex offender.

l Jerry F. Villanueva, 54 to Ofelia Hernandez Cotero, 53, both of Portales.
l Ernesto Pena, 33 to Marissa R. Tierno, 31,both of Portales.
