James P. Reeves, 60, of Lubbock, died April 4, 2005, in Lubbock.
He was born on April 13, 1944, in Duncan, Okla.
He resided in Clovis, where he owned and operated Sunshine Dry Cleaners. He lived in Lubbock for the last 25 years and was the owner and operator of Sunshine Appliance Repair. Family members said that he was an avid aviator.
He was preceded in death by his father and two nephews.
Survivors include his mother, Wanda Reeves of Lubbock; two sisters, Virginia Moore of Lubbock and Donna Nance of Sacramento, Calif.; a daughter, Jamie Morton (and husband, Greg) of Littleton, Colo.; a son, Michael Reeves (Alana) of Clovis; six grandsons; and three nieces.
The Rev. David Savage will officiate the services.
Memorial contributions may be made to the VistaCare Hospice of Lubbock, 1010 Slide Road, Lubbock, TX 79416.
Arrangements are by Agape Funeral Home of Lubbock, Texas.
