Miss Elaine Bertram, 46, of Grady, died Saturday, Feb. 5, 2005, at Plains Regional Medical Center in Clovis.

She was born on June 13, 1958, in Clovis, to Bud and Marye Bertram. Family members said she made great food and cakes that everyone enjoyed. She was advancing her education by attending college and through the food association. Family members also said she loved kids and enjoyed working at the school.

She was preceded in death by her father.

Survivors include her mother; three brothers, Daniel Bertram of Kempner, Texas, Timothy Bertram of Cibolo, Texas and David Bertram of Florsville, Texas; two sisters, Debbie Jackson of Arlington, Texas and Kimberly Stevens of Grady; and numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.

The Rev. Rody Chesser will officiate the services.

Burial will be at Grady Cemetery.

Pallbearers are Lee Thomas, Jimmy Baca, Wayne Boydstun, Aaron Jackson, Nick Bertram, and Boyd Coffee.

Arrangements are by Steed-Todd Funeral Home of Clovis.
