The honors continue to pour in for Eastern New Mexico University senior linebacker.
Howard, a first-team All-Lone Star Conference South choice in both 2003 and 2004, was named first-team NCAA Division II All-Southwest Region for the 2004 season this week by Don Hansen’s Football Gazette.
Strong safety Adrian Quigley and free safety Ty Touchstone, both seniors, represented ENMU on the publication’s second team.
Earlier, Howard was chosen first-team Division II All-America by the American Football Coaches Association, honorable mention All-America by D2Football.com and a third-team Little All-American by the Associated Press.
