The following criminal dispositions were recently filed in the Roosevelt County District Court:

— John Paul Hernandez was found guilty of probation violation and will serve the continuation of his probation.

The following criminal dispositions were recently filed in the magistrate court:

— Ignacio Cuevas, 34, was found guilty of possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana less than one ounce and will serve 364 days of supervised probation.

— Ronald Knight, 43, was found guilty of possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana and will serve 364 days of supervised probation.

— Donna Hernandez, 37, was found guilty of driving on revoked license and no insurance and will serve seven days in the Roosevelt County Detention Center and will serve 357 days of supervised probation.

— Rainie Greathouse, 20, was found guilty of aggravated driving while intoxicated and will serve two days in the RCDC, followed by 88 days of supervised probation.

— Jesus Oronoa was found guilty of aggravated DWI, no driver’s license, open container, no insurance and improper use of license plate.
