The following criminal dispositions were recently filed in Roosevelt County District Court:
— Edward Wickware, 22, found guilty of false imprisonment, breaking and entering and criminal damage to property and will serve 18 months in the Roosevelt County Detention Center, followed by 3 1/2 years of supervised probation.
— Cody Banister, 24, found guilty of trafficking a controlled substance by manufacturing methamphetamine and will serve 18 months in the RCDC, followed by 5 years of supervised probation.
— James Fogg, 62, found guilty of two counts of criminal sexual contact and will serve 364 days of supervised probation.
— Julie Blacker, 23, found guilty of forgery and is ordered placed on probation for a period of 3 years.
The following criminal dispositions were recently filed in the magistrate court:
— Daniel Perez, 19, found guilty of aggravated driving while under the influence of intoxicating liquor, minor in possession, open container and driving on revocation and will serve 8 days in the RCDC, followed by 356 days of supervised probation.
— Chyee Rodriquez, 23, found guilty of probation violation and will serve 90 days in the RCDC.
— Eric Gallegos, 19, found guilty of selling tobacco to minors and will serve six months of supervised probation.
— Allison Washburn, 20, found guilty of possession of marijuana (under one ounce), possession of drug paraphernalia and speeding and will serve 364 days of supervised probation.
