Mr. James William Lary, 75, of Clovis, died April 14, 2004, at Covenant Medical Center in Lubbock.
He was born on Dec. 10, 1928, in Melrose, to William and Blanche Matthews Lary.
He served in the U. S. Army during the Korean War. He married Josephine Scoma on Feb. 16, 1966, in Fort Worth, Texas. He had been a resident of Clovis since 1971 where he owned and operated Lary’s Auto Clinic.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and a brother, Lloyd Lary.
Survivors include his wife; two sons, William Lary and Calvin Lary (and wife, Carla) of Clovis; two sisters, Betty Bohannon of Rogers, Texas, and Marcelle Gerhart of Wichita, Kan.; and a granddaughter, Kayleigh Ann Crowe of Tohatchi.
