The following dispositions were recently filed in the Roosevelt County district court:
l Nasario Maldonado, 21, was found guilty of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, two counts of shoplifting, three counts of forgery, driving on suspension or revocation and concealing identity and the defendant will serve a term of 13 1/2 years of incarceration.
l Julienne Beevers, 34, was found guilty of fraud and theft of identity and was placed on probation under the terms and conditions of the Standard Probation Order for a period of 18 months.
l Melvin Hightower, 44, was found guilty of resisting, evading or obstructing an officer and was ordered that imposition of sentence be deferred for a period of 364 days.
l Wayner Seat, 23, was found guilty of two counts of forgery and two counts of issuance of worthless checks and will serve a total term of eight years in incarceration.
l Paul Gutierrez, 31, was found guilty of false imprisonment, possession of firearm or destructive device by a felon and battery on a household member and was sentenced to serve a total of four years, less one day.
l Evan J. Krasowky, 19, was found guilty of distribution of marijuana, driving while license suspended or revoked and no insurance and it was ordered that the defendant be placed on 18 months probation with the imposition of a sentence be deferred for a period of 364 days.
l Daniel Andrews, 23, was found guilty of driving while under the influence of intoxicating liquor or any drug and careless driving and was ordered placed on supervised probation for 364 days with the imposition of sentence be deferred for a period of 364 days.
l Gabriel Villa, 19, was found guilty of distribution of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana and was placed on supervised probation for a period of eighteen months.
l Matthew Lammiman, 23, was found guilty aggravated battery with a deadly weapon, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, shooting at or from a motor vehicle and was placed on supervised probation for a period of 4 1/2 years.
l Terry Lee Johnson, 46, was found guilty of aggravated assault and criminal damage to property and was ordered to be incarcerated for 3 years.
l Mary Chavez, 41, was found guilty of driving while license suspended or revoked and open container and was ordered placed on supervised probation for a period of 364 days with the imposition of sentence be deferred for a period of 364 days.
l Fabian Sotelo-Delgado, 22, was found guilty of possession of a controlled substance and no insurance and was ordered placed on probation for a period of 18 months.
l Mary Craig, 35, was found guilty of distribution of a controlled substance and was ordered placed on supervised probation for three years and that imposition of sentence be deferred for a period of three years.
l Jose Luis Flores, 22, was found guilty of possession of a stolen vehicle, tampering with evidence and resisting, evading or obstructing an officer and was ordered placed on 18 months of supervised probation.
l Suzanne Lucero, 27, was found guilty of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia and sentenced to be imprisoned for 18 months to the first count and 364 days for the second count.
l Ryan Bass, 19, was found guilty of forgery and was ordered placed on probation for a period of three years.
l Joe Dominguez, 20, was found guilty of criminal sexual penetration and was ordered placed on supervised probation for 18 months and was ordered that imposition of sentence be deferred for a period of 18 months.
The following dispositions were recently filed in the Magistrate Court:
l Tylor Kolter was found guilty of for the crime of driving on a revoked license. He received a sentence of 364 days in the Roosevelt County Detention Center with 357 days suspended for a jail term of seven days.
l Tyler Bennett was found guilty of driving under the influence and was given at 90-day deferred sentence.
l George Tillman was found guilty of resisting, evading or obstructing an officer and was sentenced to a 364-day suspended sentence/
l Elsa Hernandez was found guilty of possession of marijuana under an ounce, possession of drug paraphernalia and careless driving. She was sentenced to the Roosevelt County Detention Center for 364 days with 364 days suspended for a jail term of 0 days and fined $100 for possession of marijuana; $50 for possession of drug paraphernalia; and $150 for careless driving.
l Hector Gallegos was found guilty of aggravated driving under the influence of intoxicating liquor. He was sentenced to the Roosevelt County Detention Center for 90 days with 88 days suspended.
l Jesse Ward was found guilty of driving under the influence and sentenced to 90 days with 90 days suspended and find $300 for DUI and $65 for speeding 63 mph in a 45-mph zone.
l Justin Privett was found guilty of aggravated driving while under the influence of intoxicating liquor, driving on a suspended driver’s license and driving without insurance. He was sentenced to 90 days in the Roosevelt County Detention Center with 88 days suspended on the DUI charge and to 364 days with 360 days suspended for driving on a suspended license. He was fined $400 and ordered to pay court costs of $725.
l Alfred Lucero was found guilty of aggravated driving while under the influence of intoxicating liquor and possession of an open container. He was sentenced to 364 days with 356 days suspended and fined $525 plus $795 in court costs.
l Jenette Urioste was found guilty of resisting, evading or obstructing an officer. She was sentenced to the Roosevelt County Detention Center for 364 days with 364 days suspended and fined $67.
l Janette Urioste was found guilty of battery on a household member and was sentenced to 364 days in the Roosevelt County Detention Center with 364 days suspended and ordered to pay $67 in fines and court costs.
l Vanessa Johnson was found guilty of driving while intoxicated and sentenced to six months with six months deferred. She was fined $67 in fines, fees and court costs.
l Lalo Aranda was found guilty of resisting, evading/eluding or obstructing an officer and sentenced to the Roosevelt County Detention Center for 364 days with 364 days suspended and fined $267 dollars in total fines, fees and court costs.
l David Lawson was found guilty of dogs/cats running at large and ordered to make restitution for death of goats. He was ordered to pay $67 in fines and court costs.
l Stacey Roland was found guilty of battery and sentenced to 182 days of unsupervised probation and ordered to pay $67 in fines and court costs.
l Gilbert Rivera Jr. was found guilty of driving under the influence of intoxicating liquor first offense and sentenced to 90 days with 90 days suspended. He was ordered to pay $515 in fines, fees and court costs.
l David Rawls was found guilty battery on a household member and sentenced to 364 days with 334 days suspended in the Roosevelt County Detention Center. He also was found guilty of resisting, evading and obstructing an officer and sentenced to 364 days with 364 days suspended. He was ordered to pay $414 in total fines, fees and court costs.
l Dustin Carter was found guilty of resisting, evading and obstructing an officer and was sentenced to 364 days with 364 days suspended in the Roosevelt County Detention Center. He was ordered to pay $267 in total fines, fees and court costs.
l Jossett Rael was found guilty of possession of drug paraphernalia and was sentenced to 364 days in jail with 364 suspended. He was ordered to pay total fines and fees of $292.
l Antonio Navarette was found guilty of driving on a suspended driver’s license and sentenced to 364 days in the Roosevelt County Detention Center with 357 days suspended. He was ordered to pay $430 in total fines, fees and court costs.
l Israel G. Machado was found guilty of aggravated driving while under the influence of intoxicating liquor and sentenced to 90 days in jail with 90 days suspended. He also was found guilty of driving with no drivers license and was sentenced to 90 days in jail with 90 days suspended. He also was found guilty of careless driving and was sentenced to 90 days in jail with 90 days suspended. He was ordered to pay $905 in total fines, fees and court costs.
